Itz over
Yo peeps, Yes!! Finally itz over. Ex Semangat Bersatu 13/2007 is over.Friday we had our finale mission and the whole exercise is delcare closed by the Malaysian Chief of Army.
The week was tirin especially so when there is outfield exercise.Wednesday mornin we moved out for our 3 days 2 nights exercise.I was put under the hot sun for freakin 9 hours and do a block mission.No shade and stuff, just 9 hours under the sun.We almost burnt to dead.Haha..At night, we moved off for our 1st mission.It was a relieve that we travel on our jeep nearer to our block position instead of walkin 15km with our load.But we walked an extra 2km thereafter when one of the vehicle broke down, so we have to dismount and walk.The walk was pretty okay not as bad as the previous ones but we went thur a muddy swamp.Just imagine the mud ground is soft and once i stepped both my leg sank till my knee cap.Plus the load im carryin it pushes me down.It took me quite sometime to get myself out futhermore itz at night and the vegetation is kinda thick cant see much.One of my guy was struck like 40 minutes.The color of our uniform turn from green to white.We looked as if we just went thur war.
The whole exercise was pretty okay.Although tired but itz not as bad as all the previous exercise I went.Itz a amazin experinces i had on this bilteral exercise.The Malaysian's Army was friendly and a bunch of nice person.Their culture durin halts and stuff are different.We had a happy hour yesterday night and guess what??They were as wild as us.Jumpin around when musics are played.Ehmm...So they are leavin on Sunday mornin, and itz marks the end of the whole exchange programme.Many trainings will still come ahead as Evaluation is comin near.
